1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number to track the status of your package. Please provide a valid email.

3. What are your shipping fees?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in the U.S. only. International orders is depended upon the weight and destination. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
4. Does IttieBittieBaby ship outside of the United States?
Yes currently we ship to Canada, but we will begin shipping to other countries soon!
5. What payment methods do you accept?
IttieBittieBaby accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal as payment. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We're sorry but we do not accept checks, or money orders.
6. Will I be charged Sales Tax with my order?
Sales tax is only collected in-state, from residents of the state of Michigan. We do not collect Sales Tax from residents from other states or Canada.
7. How do I change my order?
As stated in the return policy, for personalized or custom orders, you are given a 24 hour window to review/ or make changes to your order before processing. For all other orders, if you wish to add an additional items(s) or alter your order; you will need to contact Customer Service with your order number at (248)838.9230; or email CustomerService@IttieBittieBaby.com.
8. Am I able to place a custom order?
Yes you can! If you are interested in custom pieces, please email us at Customerservice@IttieBittieBaby.com, so we can help bring your vision to life!!! Please provide a detailed message with everything your are looking for, and an email will be sent confirming all the information provided within 24 hours. Once all the information is confirmed and paid, (1) sample will be produced for approval. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, IttieBittieBaby will assume that the order is approved and processed. Please make sure you provide a valid email address.
9. Am I able to purchase a gift for someone?
Yes, during checkout add in the comment section, please specify that is a gift. We will wrap and send the gift on your behalf, with the message provided. Please provide recipient's address in the shipping section, so it can be delivered to the correct address.
